The initial assessment is a separate fee and consists of interviews with the elderly person(s) and family members or representatives, as well as consultation with participating physicians, therapists, informal caregivers, followed by a written report with recommendations. All other charges will be based on an hourly rate and built into the contract. Fees are comparable to the private professionals in the area. Services arranged or contracted from other providers are based on their fee schedules. Third party insurance, such as Medicare, may cover portions of services rendered.
